One of the best qualities I like to show through social media is the ever important human side of an organization or company. I really enjoyed using that edge to help build stronger relationships for SPJ. One of my favorite spontaneous projects was the idea to post a special Valentine's Day "thank you" poem for our Facebook and Twitter community of followers.
